Bacon wrapped chicken

Bacon wrapped chicken from Melissa's Bargin Blog
3-4 chicken breasts
3-4 slices raw bacon
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream

Wrap chicken in bacon and place in the bottom of a greased slow cooker. Mix chicken soup and sour cream together and pour on top of chicken breasts. Cook on low for 6 hours. Serve over rice or egg noodles.

Review: This was simple to prepare took about 10 minutes in the morning before leaving for work. The chicken was very tender. I did season the chicken with some poultry seasoning pepper and paprika just for some added falvor.


  1. We enjoyed this recipe, too! I seasoned my chicken, too. I just wish the sauce had been a bit thicker. I'll have to think of how I can change it up a bit to get that next time!

  2. I love using the crock pot... you get home and the house smells so good and dinner is ready! I like how the chicken is wrapped in bacon in this recipe!
